Stars of the hit drama serial Ertugrul continue to win over the hearts of fans and followers in Pakistan. The lead Turkish actor Engin Altan Duzyatan took time out of his busy schedule to have a video chat on Zoom with three terminally ill Pakistani children.
The Turkish historical epic Ertugrul has become a nationwide hit all over Pakistan as fans cannot get enough of it. First it was Esra Bilgic winning the hearts of fans and followers with advertisements with local brands and a special Eid Mubarak message for the Pakistani audience. Now, it is lead star of the show Engin Altan Duzyatan (aka Ertugrul himself) who has decided to make three young children’s day very special.
“I am very happy to meet these children and soon will visit Pakistan to meet with my Pakistani brothers and sisters,” Duzyatan said while speaking with the young kids.
As part of a Make-A-Wish Foundation event held in the city of Karachi, the popular actor decided to give a lovely surprise to three terminally ill children who wished to meet Ertugrul himself. The event was attended by the Turkish Consul General Tolga Ucak as well as other prominent stars and celebrities from Pakistan.
The Make-A-Wish Foundation grants one wish to children, particularly those who are afflicted with life-threatening conditions. Three of the children; Fizza Khuda Baksh, 14, Sidra Khan, 15, and Sohail Umer,16, wanted to meet Engin Altan Duzyatan.
“I saw your drama on PTV which is lovely and telling us the Islamic history and how our heroes fought for Islam,” one of the three children told the Turkish star.
It is lovely to see such a heart-warming gesture by the Turkish actor.
