Fish Steak Recipe in English

Ingredients for Margination:
600g Shingari Fish
2 tbsp Lemon juice
2 tbsp Soy sauce
1 tbsp Oyster Sauce
2 tbsp chili sauce
Salt to taste
1/2 tsp Black Pepper
1/2 tsp White pepper
3-4 Garlic ginger paste
2 tbsp Olive oil
Ingredients for steak sauce:
1 tbsp Olive Oil
2 tbsp Onion
2 tbsp HP Sauce
1/4 tsp salt
1/4 tsp Black Pepper
2 tbsp Cream
1 tsp Garlic
2 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
2 tbsp Tomato paste
2 tbsp chili sauce
-In a bowl add fish, lemon juice, soy sauce, oyster sauce, chili sauce, salt, black pepper, white pepper, garlic ginger paste and olive oil. Mix well and marinate for 2-3 hours.
-In a grill pan place marinated fish and pour marinated sauce over it gradually. Cook until well cooked.
-In another pan add oil and onion sauté it.
-Now add hp sauce, salt, black pepper, garlic and Worcestershire sauce, mix all well. Now add water gradually.
Cook for few minutes. -Now add cream mix well and cook for a minute.
-Pour this sauce over cooked fish.
Preparation Time: 15 minutes
Cooking Time: 20 minutes
Serve: 3 persons
